The Study of the New Public Management in Theory, Practice and its Import to China

Abstract


This text combes the basic meaning , theoretical foundation , basic thought and essential feature of the new public management(NPM) ; summarily describes the international practice of NPM, probes into the import of NPM theory to the public management reform of Chinese Government.

Résumé Cet essai présente la définition fondamentale, la base théorique, les idée essentielles et les caractéristiques principales de la théorie de la néo-gestion publique, décrit sommairement la pratique internationale de la néo-gestion publique et étudie enfin sa porté sur la réforme de la gestion publique du gouverment chinois.
