Evolution of Ancient Chinese Village Governance

Abstract


Agricultural civilization lasted for nearly five thousand years in ancient China. The long agricultural civilization era and the rich village governance experiences have been second to none. To study the evolution of ancient Chinese village governance can help dig the wisdoms of ancient Chinese, and even offer some references to the contemporary world.
