On the Three Characteristics of the Ideological Work of College Counselors

Abstract


College is the forefront of ideological work, and the ideological work of the college counselor is an important part of college ideological work. As a system, the ideological work of college counselors is characterized by complexity, integrality and openness. This paper analyzed these three characteristics from the perspective of system science.
