The Visible and Invisible Aspects of the Communist Youth League’s Service to College Students’ Employment and Entrepreneurship
Abstract
The university Communist Youth League is an important organization in serving college students’ employment. It can utilize the “visible” aspects through promoting curriculum development, leveraging service advantages, and emphasizing targeted approaches. Meanwhile, it can also make use of the “invisible” aspects through engaging students in expanded social practices, fostering a benign campus atmosphere, and enhancing students’ skills and abilities. By integrating and coordinating the “visible” and “invisible” aspects, the university Communist Youth League plays an important role in in college students’ employment and entrepreneurship.
