Abstract

The teaching task of Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basics is to help students to establish a correct outlook on life, values, ethics and the rule of law. Whether the task can be achieved, on the one hand, depends on the ability of the teacher to teach the theory clearly and thoroughly, live what he teaches and play the “external” role of truth and the teacher’s charisma; on the one hand, it depends on the ability of the teacher to fully mobilize the subjectivity of college students and play the “internal” role of self-education and mutual education of college students.
