Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Construction of Teachers’ Professional Ethics in Higher Education
Abstract
Teachers’ morality is the key factor of meta-source and foundation for higher education school building. With the rapid development of higher education and the ever-changing society, the teachers’ morality began to appear some problems. This research tries to analysis these problems and puts forward some countermeasures, such as strengthening the organization and leadership, perfecting the rules and regulations, strengthening the ideological study, playing exemplary role and strengthening the construction of the style of study, aim at strengthening the school building.
