Study on the Construction of the Day Care Centre for the Elderly in Chinese Communities
Abstract
The functional orientation of constructing the day care centre for the elderly in communities should be providing life care, health care and rehabilitation and consolation services to the elderly that need them. It is required to fix the constructing scale according to the total number of the elderly and the degree of aging. Housing construction must contain houses for life service, health care and rehabilitation, amusement and supplementary house, etc.
