Small countries: are they interested in FDI by TNCs?

S. L. Eremina

Abstract

The so-called “rules” of international investment can be the model of interaction between small home-countries and TNCs2. In our opinion these rules might be considered as an attempt of construction of interaction model between participators of world investment process – exporters (TNCs) and importers (home-countries). That model gives an opportunity to take into account the interests of both sides.
