Some Thoughts on the Practice of Job Rotation in Accounting in Colleges and Universities

Abstract


This paper discusses the application of job rotation in accounting, elaborating on its role and significance in financial management in colleges and universities. The article proposes some principles and problems we should pay attention to when promoting job rotation system in accounting in colleges and universities.
