The Effect of Students’ Perceived Service Quality and Perceived Price on Student Satisfaction

Abstract


This research aims to examine the effects of students’ perceived quality and students’ perceived price on students’ satisfaction. This research used quantitative approach with survey method. The research respondents are 155 students of two Indonesia public universities. The analysis technique that used is multiple regression analysis. The research results show that students’ perceived quality and perceived price have positive influence on the student satisfaction. Besides that, students’ perceived quality is more affected to student satisfaction than perceived price.Key words: Perceived quality; Perceived price; Higher education; Student satisfaction
