The Influence of Christianity on Bernard Shaw’s Drama Creation Thought
Abstract
The European traditional literature, music and painting bred and developed in Christianity environment. So all the traditional arts are connected with religion including people’s customs, habits and thoughts. The literature value of the Bible is highly valued by the world, whose writing style is often borrowed by the European writers, among whom Bernard Shaw is a quite successful model in borrowing U-type narrative style, literary quotation and characters from the Bible.
